Terms and Conditions: Individual Session

1. Payment Policy:
   Full payment for the session is required at least 1 hour before the session time. Payment can be made in full at the time of booking or via a non-refundable deposit of $50, with the remaining balance due at the time of the appointment. Payment can be made via Paypal or direct deposit. Bank details are included in the confirmation and reminder emails.

2. Session Recording:

   • Sessions are recorded using AI software to generate a session summary that will be emailed to you post-session. If you prefer not to have the session recorded, please inform me at the beginning of the call. If no preference is stated, it will be assumed that you consent to this process.

3. Transferable Sessions:

   • Sessions are transferable to another person only if more than 24 hours' notice is given and the new participant books the session at the same rate. The session transfer must be confirmed prior to the scheduled time.

4. Refund Policy:

   • Sessions can be refunded (minus the non-refundable deposit of $50) if cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in the session being forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations:

   • Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the session will be forfeited, and a fee of 100% of the session cost will be charged.

Disclaimer & Client Agreement

• I declare that any information I provide is true and correct, and I indemnify Aligned Energetics from any liability for false or misleading statements.

• I understand that the session provided by Katherine Kahl from Aligned Energetics is remedial and therapeutic in nature, not diagnostic or curative. I also understand that the results of the session are not guaranteed in any way.

• All information gathered during the session will remain private, secure, and part of my client history records at Aligned Energetics. Personal information may be used for future updates or services as deemed appropriate.

• I agree to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment, or a fee of 100% of the session cost will be charged.

• I give permission for Katherine Kahl to conduct kinesiology, coaching, and reiki sessions on me via the internet or phone at the time of my scheduled session.

• I agree to be added to the Aligned Energetics email list, which I can unsubscribe from at any time.

• By agreeing to these terms, you grant Katherine Kahl and Aligned Energetics permission to use any written or verbal feedback you provide as a testimonial for promotional and marketing purposes. This may include but is not limited to, quotes from emails, session follow-ups, surveys, or other communications. All testimonials will be presented in a way that respects your confidentiality; no personally identifying information (such as your full name or contact details) will be disclosed without your explicit consent. If you prefer not to have your feedback used in this way, please let us know in writing.
