  • Kinesiology is a holistic approach that uses muscle testing to identify energy imbalances and blockages in the body. It helps release emotional and physical stress, restore balance, and align your body’s natural healing process. Energy is not limited by time or location, allowing me to connect with your energy just as effectively online as in person. During online sessions, I use muscle testing on myself to access the information needed for your session.

  • Not necessarily! While having a specific goal can help guide the session, you don’t need to know exactly what to focus on. We’ll work together to uncover and address what’s most important for you at that time.

  • For new clients the session is 75mins online or 90mins in person, this gives me time for us to discuss your answers in the intake form. Subsequent sessions are 60 minutes.

  • No it won’t, don’t worry! Your body is always acting in your highest good and will never bring up anything that you aren’t willing and able to release at the time. You aren’t just an “open book”. Releasing the different layers of stress (whether physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually) occurs in a slow rhythm that we work through step by step and discuss together. Anything you don’t wish to speak about can still begin to be cleared from the body (although it may not be as effective or efficient).

  • If we are meeting online t’s helpful to have a quiet, private space where you can fully relax. Have a bottle of water nearby to stay hydrated, and if you have any essential oils, crystals, or other energetic tools, feel free to have them on hand.

    If meeting in person, please try to be hydrated! This allows your energy to flow more easily and for me to get accurate and consistent answers from your body.

  • I require 24-hour notice for cancellations. If a session is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the session will be charged in full.

  • Yes! I offer a 3-session package, which is designed to give you the time and space to see lasting changes and keep the momentum going.

  • No, you don’t need to have these on hand. We use them during the session if they’re needed. If it comes up as home reinforcement to continue using the specific remedy, we can discuss options at that time.
